files from years before

 

My hard disk is almost full, and drive in intranet was also migrated to new server. I browsed files being stored in my computer and net drive, in order to delete some “old” file to release some space.

suddenly, I got into some very old folders. by opening those file, the feeling is something like going back to years before. so-called “years”, more than 7. I found some work files in year 1999, 2000 and 2001, they are still there.

most of them are work reports, for sure I wrote them, 8 years ago. 8 years, 8 years of my life. it is only a glance for the history, but it is a “long” history for my life. Reading the words, seems I am back to those days with enthusiasm, passion, positive….

something has been changed around me, and something has been changed inside me as well. thus, The only unchanged is “the change”.

I can not go back to those years, then does it mean I can not work as before, 8 years ago ?

more or less, something is unchanged. I hope those can be kept same, although it is too hard, for life, for human being, for society, for the future…..
